1 Eligibility and Access Requirements

2 Account Registration and Management

If there are any errors in the personal information provided, vip880 may ask the player to correct that information. If the correction is not made, vip880 has the right to suspend withdrawals.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player may only open one account at vip880. If additional accounts are opened, all such accounts may be closed and any remaining balance may be frozen.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods at vip880 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit per transaction is 3,000 Ks.

• Deposits are processed almost instantly
• You must deposit from your own payment account only
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted
• If a deposit fails, contact the customer service team immediately

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks, and processing time is within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirements are fully met
• Verification checks may be carried out in relation to anti-money laundering
• If required verification details are incomplete, the withdrawal may be placed on hold

3.3 Currency Policy

All transactions at vip880 are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). vip880 is not responsible for any bank fees or exchange rate differences related to payments.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

For your first deposit at vip880, you can receive a 100% Welcome Bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after completing a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15 times. If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• Only live casino and sports betting count toward wagering (contribution rates may vary depending on the game)
• If any bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and account may be closed
• Bonuses cannot be combined with one another

4.3 Promotion Changes

vip880 reserves the right to change or cancel promotions with or without prior notice. Bonuses already received will not be affected.

5 Prohibited Actions and Disallowed Practices

vip880 strictly prohibits the following violations—

• Modifying, hacking, or using bots on game software
• Bonus abuse (systematically clearing bonuses without using your own funds)
• The site may not be used for commercial purposes — only personal accounts are permitted to play
• Playing with real money to qualify for a bonus, then covering losses with bonus funds and withdrawing with a small net loss
• Selling your account to a third party for profit
• Using the service for the purpose of money laundering
• Threatening or abusing other players or staff

If any of these violations are detected, vip880 may immediately close the account without prior notice and has the right to deny any remaining balance.

6 VIP Levels and Cashback

The vip880 VIP program has 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — based on each player's activity. Tier upgrades are determined by the player's betting history and activity.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week

Cashback funds will be received as bonus money and may be subject to applicable wagering requirements. Rewards linked to VIP status may be changed at vip880's discretion.

7 Game Win Draws

Winnings at vip880 are real cash prizes, and draw results depend on vip880's fair Random Number Generator (RNG) and genuine live casino game outcomes. vip880 guarantees that every game can be played with a fully verifiable system.

If any technical issue occurs during gameplay, vip880 can investigate and review traceable game records. vip880 cannot guarantee responsibility for funds lost due to accidental network disconnections or errors during gameplay, and each case will be reviewed individually.

• Breach of any terms in this agreement

• AML or financial violations
• Legal violations or access from an unauthorised location
• A closure request submitted by the player themselves

If a player wishes to close their own account, they can contact the customer service team to make a request. Financial transactions related to the closure will be reviewed and any valid funds will be returned.

11 Limitation of Liability and Legal Matters

vip880 is not liable for funds a player may lose during gameplay, unexpected network failures, or losses resulting from the player's own decisions. Losses that occur during service disruptions will be reviewed and each case will only be decided where it can be substantiated with records and evidence.

This agreement does not specify the jurisdiction of any particular court — no specific local law is declared — however, any disputes that arise can be mediated by the vip880 customer service team.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

vip880 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be shown at the top. Continued use of the service after amendments are published will be taken as acceptance of those amendments.
